Are PDAs and Pocket PCs being superseded by mobile phones?

Definitely, mobile phones can do almost everything nowadays so soon I’m sure it’ll all just merge into one tiny phone! They’ll be no need for anything else!

Yes in some limited way. However the screen size of a PDA will always win over the screen on a Phone. The other advantage is doing several things at once. I will never have every thing in one, it is just to restrictive.

PDA with Skype Mobile = Free calls while in a WiFi spot. Keep a prepaid cell phone in da car for emergencies and save 30-100 dollars a month on your phone bill. Well, it works for me, at least. But I’m almost always either at work, or at home…. I guess most people have a social life.
