Are PDAs waterproof? Which one is and which one isn’t?

no there’s no waterproof PDA’s but they do sale case that are waterproof for the PDA

As far as I know, no one makes a waterproof PDA or any such device. All will have instructions warning the user to keep it out of the rain, AND not to clean the device with water, and certainly not to immerse it.
