BlackBerry 8700v Data Connection Refused problem
BlackBerry 8700v Data Connection Refused problem? Just got a BlackBerry 8700v but it came without a manual. I’m a total beginner and I have tried to link it to my home wireless connection but when I Turn Wireless On, my BlackBerry 8700v say Data Connection Refused.
when BlackBerry 8700v says Data Connection Refused, it mean that you need to activate your phone. You have to have data service from your service provider to use the Internet and some other features that require data transfer. If you got the Blackberry Data plan then I would suggest to call Customer service. If you didn’t get the Blackberry Data plan that is your problem. Either way Calling tech support would probably be your best bet.

my 8700g says data connection refused? what do i do
hey i had the same problem, you have to be on contract for a data conection, you also have to ask your service provider to enable it
