Blue screen on recognizing iPhone
Blue screen on recognizing iPhone
I have the following problem: I use Windows XP on my laptop Acer Aspire 5670, my iPhone had worked perfectly until yesterday (it was recognized by iTunes, it synchronizes and everything) but unfortunately yesterday when I tried to plug in the phone a blue screen appeared and my computer restarted. I tried several times but the effect was just the same. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall iTunes but the result was the same.
Then I have realized that the problem is USBAAPL.SYS file. When I deleted it the computer did not get blue screens and did not restart but it also $did not recognize the phone. I uninstalled iTunes and removed manually all apple files from the PC and all apple components from registry – reinstall iTunes but iTunes didn’t install properly AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi. I have in build web cam in the notebook and and it has strange behavior recently after I had installed external logitech web cam. What can I do to solve that problem.
since you ever connected a webcam to the laptop. There have been issues with the drivers for webcams causing the behavior you described.
Go to Logitech’s website and download the latest version of the drivers for your webcam.
It won’t show up in Windows Update, and the install disc that came with your webcam is probably older than the latest available on their website.
