I find that once the password is set ,you need the password to enable or you can try to hack it with a prog but good luck with that. but If you restore the iphone,Hold the power and home buttone until it resets. Then release the power button when it shows the apple logo but continue to hold the home button. then just reinstall the firmware or current firmware and it should enable all features. using this method you will have to plug it back into itunes and restore the softeware.you will lose everything pics, contacts etc. its not guaranteed either because when you restore theiphone it restores it from the last back up, and he would have the password set on the phone so basically youll be doing that for no reason.
