Ring length is not determined by the length of your ringtone. The only relationship there is:
Ring Length / Ringtone Length = Number of Rings
Even from a mathematical standpoint there’s no way to increase Ring Length by increasing Ringtone Length.
in fact, this option is controlled by Blackberry. Simply call your provider (T-mobile, Bell, Verizon etc.) customer support and ask them to increase your ring length to the maximum, which under normal circumstances is 30 seconds. With 3 rings I believe you will be able to get it up to 6 at maximum length. I have call solve the problem by this way.
