Winterboard application is used for setting for iphone wallpapers, themes. Firstly you can install Winterboard application for your jailbroken iphone easily, go to Cydia and then go to search and Type WinterBoard and Install the Winterboard. then seach for themes on iphone, install them, close Cydia, open Winterboad, activate theme. now you have installed iphone themes with cydia winterboard application
