How to put pictures as iphone background with an iphone application

If you want to put your own picture as iphone background, you have to download an application called Winterboard.And in order to get this all you need to do is jailbreak your iphone.
once you have iphone jailbroken, you go on the Cydia application, and do the search and search for Winterboard. once you install it you go into winterboard and select the “user wallpaper”.you can also go on the cydia and find all sorts of cool themes and download them then turn them on with winterboard.
