how to sync iphone apps when restoring or bakcup iphone. when I restore iphone apps, I can not sync iphone apps . I have to re-download these applications manually everytime. now I find the way to solve the iphone apps syncing problem. if these apps were downloaded by your iPhone and not via iTunes on your computer, you should be prompted to transfer these apps from your iPhone to your iTunes library.

With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select “Transfer Purchases From iphone ” - the name of your iPhone. This will transfer content that was purchased from the iTunes Store only from your iPhone. This includes music, video and apps that was purchased from the iTunes Store. so when you sync iphone apps , you should click tab for “Transfer purchases from iphone” in itunes File menu.
