how to transfer old phone numbers to iphone

How do I save the.pbb file to a document on my pc?
I am trying to transfer my phone numbers from my old phone to my new iPhone.

That’s MS Mail. You need to export them to a CSV (comma separated values) and import them into either Outlook or Yahoo contacts. I am not sure if Windows Address Book can read a PBB file, but if it can, you can use that to sync too.
