how to unlock BlackBerry Curve 8310/8320? if you got the BlackBerry unlock code from AT&T.how to use unlock code to unlock BlackBerry Curve 8310/8320?

you can follow the steps to unlock BlackBerry Curve 8310/8320. You must have a SIM card in your BlackBerry Curve phone to complete these steps ( Can be active or inactive )
1. go to settings on BlackBerry Curve > go to options > go to advanced options > go to sim card
2. Type MEPD (not case sensitive) ( you will not see text appear on screen while typing )
3. Does it say Network active? if so your phone is locked
4. Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE ( not case sensitive ) ( you will not see text appear on screen while typing )
5. It will say “Enter Network MEP Code, then you type in the 16 digit unlock code, press in the trackwheel / jog dial to confirm
6. Your BlackBerry Curve phone is now unlocked

You guys all need to learn how to read. Unlock codes aren’t generic so you can’t just use any code or the same code. They are specific to your phone. So STOP asking for the code. If you have AT&T just call them and they will give you the code and if you don’t then go type “unlock service” on google and PAY someone to get you a code.

You have to either pay someone for the code or call att and ask for the unlock code. No one is going to (or can) just give you an unlock code.

Hey guys I just unlocked my BlackBerry Curve 3G form unlockgenie.com (http://unlockgenie.com/) I got the code very quick and it worked without any trouble. I like to share the instructions to all which came along with the unlock/MEP code hoping that this might help someone to unlock their phone.
