how to view and stop/close BlackBerry Bold Application.with your BlackBerry Bold, you can view all Applications and stop/close BlackBerry Bold application which is currently running.

here is the instruction to view all your BlackBerry Bold applications in options>advanced options>applications. you can go into your menu and press the menu button>switch application and that shows you the applications currently running, i believe there are 5 default native applications that always run. for the other ones you should switch to it and press the menu button and click close to fully close the applications. The best thing for you to do is to properly close an application when you are finished using it. To properly close an app, press menu then close/exit. Do not hit the red end button.

another method to check running applications: while Holding down the Alt key tap the escape key - - this is basically the same thing as switch applications screen. Any program other than mail, browser, bbm, phone, and home screen that is running can be shut down to gain some additional resources.
