Iphone external speakers problem, ICan’t seem to figure out my iphone external Speakers while using the Iphone. The volume w/o the speaker on (through the iphone is fine). Then, when I switch over over to iphone external speaker… I can barley hear the other side.

I have the volume cranked up.I have also compared my iphone external speaker to a friends iphone. His volume is much louder than mine. Volume and clarity on his sounds great. Do you have the same iphone external speakers problem with me? Please tell me how to sovle it .maybe I should call apple iphone aftersales service.
