Will iphone sim card at&t work in a t-mobile sidekick? i have an iphone at&t and i want to take the sim card out of mine and put it in t-mobile sidekick(or an unlocked one) ,it told me i needed a sim card code and im not sure what that means or if there is a way to get around it or not.
since your iPhone SIM card is an AT&T SIM card. When you put it into a Sidekick it will ask for an unlock code because the Sidekick is locked to T-Mobile, not AT&T. There are ways around this: you can try and get the unlock code from T-Mobile customer care (they might not give it out), or you can use a SIM adapter like TurboSIM to disable the lock. Even if you do that though, most of the services will not work on AT&T. You’ll only have text and voice basically.
