iphone “voicemail not available” problems?

Does anyone else’s Iphone have problems with the voicemail? “voicemail not available”
MY screen sometimes blinks really fast like it going crazy and sometimes says voicemail not available.Most of the time it works but it does this about 3 times a day? Anyone else have problems?

Want the long list or really long list of issues with AT&T service with iPhone?
You can make multiple calls to Customer Care or Send a letter with your issue(s) to:

The letter option will be faster and more effective.
