You should be able to get your incoming and outgoing server information from your PC if you are using a third party e-mail program there (like Outlook, Outlook Express, MacMail, etc.) to get and send your mail. How to find it will be up to the exact program you’re running.
Aside from that, you would need to call the technical support for your service provider (and I’d be surprised if that wasn’t AT&T now) at the number on your bill. They should be happy to give you the server settings, and will be able to tell you if you need to be talking to a different section of the company as well.

Your sbcglobal account is just a yahoo account as far as the iphone is concerned. To set it up just choose yahoo mail and use your whole email address as the username. I used this for my sbcglobal account and it works perfect.
