how to remove iphone cydia and install Installer on iphone

how to remove iphone cydia and install Installer on iphone? my iphone have installed Cydia packager. But this is very confusing and I want it remove and install Installer back.my iphone is 1.1.4. do I need to restore 1.1.4 to remove Cydia and then install Installer. This is so confusing .
